How To Make Avocado Spider Bites

This simple Halloween recipe only takes 10 minutes and, with only 7 ingredients, makes 40 servings.

    Ingredients

    • 4 ripe avocados, halved, pitted, and skinned
    • 4 cloves of garlic, peeled and miced
    • 40 round tortilla chips
    • 2 limes, juiced
    • ½ cup sour cream
    • Heavy cream, as needed
    • Salt

    Instructions

    • In a medium mixing bowl, mash the avocados then add garlic and lime juice. Mix well. Season generously with salt to your taste preference.
    • Arrange the tortilla chips on a serving plate.
    • Using a small spoon, spread the mixture over each tortilla chip.
    • Fill a piping bag (or squirt bottle) with sour cream. Pipe a web design on top of each chip. If your sour cream is too thick, use heavy cream as needed to thin it.
    • Serve immediately and enjoy your avocado spider bites!
