    Whether you’re a young trick-or-treater or just young at heart, Halloweeners of all ages can appreciate a creative Halloween decoration or snack. Sometimes even the most common of dishes can be given a spooky little makeover in honor of All Hallow’s Eve. Let’s make avocado stuffed pumpkins for a spooky snack on our best Halloween table this October.

    How To Make Avocado Stuffed Pumpkins

    This Halloween recipe takes about 30 minutes to prepare.


    • Your favorite guacamole dip
    • 3 large orange bell pepper
    • 4 sprigs of watercress


    • Prepare your guacamole.
    • Cut the top off of the peppers and remove the seeds and ribbing. Discard the seeds but keep the tops.
    • Carefully remove small triangle pieces of pepper from the sides to make Jack O’Lantern faces
    • Fill the peppers with guacamole, then replace the tops of the peppers.
    • Serve the avocado stuffed pumpkins on a platter of watercress to resemble pumpkin vines. 
    • Serve with chips and cut-up vegetables for dipping.
